Franklin-Southampton # 237 OES, PHA had been holding its meetings on the third Saturday of each month at the Masonic
Lodge Hall on South Street in Franklin, VA. In 2007 the District # 8 Grand District Deputy Organizer Rosalind Holland approached
them with a proposal that they would merge with Antioch-Boykins-Square # 72, whose membership at the time was starting to
dwindle. In August of the same year, a ceremony held at the Holland Masonic Lodge in Suffolk, VA under the direction of Grand
Worthy Patron Michael Hodges forming ANTIOCH-FRANKLIN-SOUTHAMPTON # 72. Those attending were Grand Worthy Matron Velma Goffigan,
Grand Ruth Ivery Knight, Grand Lecturer Synthia Martin and Grand District Deputy Organizer Rosalind Holland. First sitting
